Dixon joined the Royal Park Field Ambulance 29.3.1916- 1.5.1916. He transferred to the Victoria Barracks Motor Dept 1.5.1916 - 8.5.1916. He then transferred to Army Medical Corps Ambulance Depot 8.5.1916.
Embarked Sydney per AHS ‘Kanowna’ (ship staff ) for Egypt 26.2.1918.
