Shenton Maurice, John. No Military Service records located

Notes Born in 1900, Maurice attended Guildford Grammar School (1911),  then Weston-Super-Mare Grammar School in Somerset  He completed studies at Roseworthy Agricultural College in SA and served an apprenticeship in the wool industry at Dalgety's, Geraldton. Shenton then was employed by Brown Dureau, Sydney. He returned to WA and worked for Goldsbrough Mort and Co. Ltd. He took up farming in Merredin and was married in 1925 to Maxine H. Davey of Applecross.  Shenton died in 1927 aged 27 years, leaving a wife and 2 children. (West Australian Newspaper  Obituary 14.10.1927) No record of active military service was located.
