Notes Jack’s parents lived at Talbot House, Beverley. WA. Jack was born 24.8.1890.
He married M.A McDermott. Fleahy died 24.7.1965 and was buried at the Beverley Anglican Cemetery. There is no record of a man of this name serving in WW1 in Australia.
His father Alexander Frances James Fleahy served with 39th Infantry, 6th Reinf. He embarked from Fremantle 29.12.1916.
